The Science Factory offers programs for Cub Scouts, Daisies, Brownies, and Junior Scouts that are age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned to State of Ohio academic Content Standards in Science. Our activities and experiments can help your troop meet scouting badge requirements.

  • Example: In the past, we have hosted several Daisy and Brownie troops who worked on activities that earned them the HOME SCIENTIST patch. To earn this patch, girls had to complete one activity in each of five areas: (i.) Be a Kitchen Chemist, (ii.) Create Static Electricity, (iii.) Dive into Density, (iv.) Making Something Bubble-Up, and (v.) Play with Science.
